Six Tips To Get You Going

Often when we are feeling stuck, our INNER CRITIC is gumming up the works with
comments like, “I’ve already tried that.” or “I’m not good/smart/talented enough.”  How to
get the upper hand with this demon?  Name it and draw a picture of it.  Bringing it to a

take the higher road and open your heart.

COLLAGE JOURNALING.  Begin by tearing pictures out of magazines—don’t think, just
tear.  Then select images to cut & paste (glue stick) into your journal.  To deepen the
experience, do some writing in response to the images.

Have you played some FUNKY MUSIC and danced in front of the mirror lately?  I highly
recommend it.  Where are those CD’s you can count on to get you moving--James Brown
anyone?  Now, get down with your bad self, let those endorphins lift your spirits and…
