Tameika Hughes is a Master Certified Transformation Life Coach, speaker, facilitator, consultant, author, and women’s empowerment advocate. With more than 20 years of experience in human services, Tameika brings together professional knowledge, lived experience, honesty, compassion, and her passion for helping people feel seen and heard. Her personal journey has included becoming a mother as a teenager, overcoming unhealthy relationships, experiencing homelessness, rebuilding her confidence, and learning how changing her mindset could change the direction of her life. Those experiences helped shape her purpose: walking alongside women as they recognize their worth, reclaim their voice, and turn pain into purpose. Tameika is the founder of the GoGirl Women Empowerment Summit and the author of Crowned in Confidence: How Changing My Mindset Changed My Life. Through GoGirl, she works with women, nonprofits, workplaces, and community organizations to provide speaking, consulting, workshops, training, and empowering experiences.
